This workshop will explore the implications of the techniques and technologies of color control – painting, dying, and others – for philosophical thought about the metaphysics of color. It will include presentations by philosophers as well as paint manufacturers. 

It is part of a project funded by the New Directions in the Study of the Mind at Cambridge. More information about the project can be found here. This event is also supported by the Arts Research Center at UC Berkeley.
